More than $2.5 Million Up for Grabs Over 12 Days

WHAT:
On Wednesday, March 13, Turning Stone and representatives from the World Series of Poker® (WSOP), will host an event to celebrate the kick-off of New York’s only WSOP Circuit Event and to welcome thousands of guests traveling to the region for the 12-day tournament series. With more than $2.5 million up for grabs, this year’s WSOP event at Turning Stone is projected to be the biggest one yet.
Known as the most prestigious poker tournament in the world, the WSOP at Turning Stone is non-stop poker action that attracts several thousand people from around the country to Upstate New York. Professional players to novice enthusiasts, all will be competing for more than $2.5 million in guaranteed payouts, 18 WSOP Gold Rings and a seat in the $1 million Tournament of Champions in Las Vegas this summer.
$2.5 million is the minimum guaranteed payout with actual payouts expected to far exceed that amount. During the 2023 WSOP tournament series, Turning Stone’s WSOP event had a $1 million guarantee and paid out more than $5 million.
2024 WSOP at Turning Stone: Thursday, March 14 – Monday, March 25.
New in 2024: The addition of a thrilling three-day $1 million guarantee event. Plus, the popular Monster Stack event will return with a $200,000 guarantee, an increase of $100,000 from last year, and this year’s Ladies tournament will have a $25,000 guarantee. Players will also have 18 opportunities to earn a Gold Ring, the trophy of the WSOP Circuit Event.
