Oneida Indian Nation Homelands (July 9, 2019) – Turning Stone Resort Casino earned the distinguished honor of having two of its restaurants receive Wine Spectator’s highly-respected Awards of Excellence. The resort’s Wildflowers and TS Steakhouse were both selected as 2019 winners, recognized for their outstanding wine lists among restaurants from around the United States and 75 other countries.

Wine Spectator’s awards honor exceptional restaurants which “deliver sufficient choices to satisfy discerning wine lovers.” To be named a winner, venues must feature “a well-chosen assortment of quality producers, along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.”

This latest recognition from Wine Spectator is added to an already impressive list of awards for Turning Stone’s restaurants.  Forbes Travel Guide named Wildflowers as the only restaurant in New York State, outside of New York City, to earn its Four Star rating. Forbes describes Wildflowers as, “Culinary art meets casino nightlife,” and “By day, the establishment buzzes with families and friends getting in a hearty breakfast before hitting the links or taking tennis lessons. By night, the space turns into a romantic hideaway tucked off the first floor.”

TS Steakhouse has earned Forbes Travel Guide’s Recommended rating, was featured earlier this year on Golf Channel’s national travel show “Round Trip,” and was also recently named the “Best Steak in Central New York” recently by Syracuse.com, stating, “With its superior quality of ingredients, unrivaled ambiance and top-notch service, TS Steakhouse at Turning Stone serves the best steak in Central New York.”
