Oneida Indian Nation Homelands (June 28, 2022) – The Oneida Indian Nation celebrated the highly-anticipated grand opening of The Cove at Sylvan Beach today. At this morning’s grand opening event, Oneida Indian Nation Representative and Turning Stone Enterprises CEO Ray Halbritter was joined by New York State Senator Joseph Griffo, Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente, Mayor of Sylvan Beach Richard Sullivan, and Principle of Benchmark Development Brian Cohan. Designed for weeklong summer getaways with friends and family, The Cove is a brand-new $35 million vacation rental destination on Oneida Lake in Upstate New York, the largest lake in the state, featuring 70 contemporary and beautifully appointed two- and three-bedroom lakeside cottages and an extensive list of world-class amenities. Each cottage rental includes its own personal pontoon boat.
The Cove’s lakeside cottages are dog-friendly and available for weeklong rentals during the summer season and include:
